Your Impact

As the Office Services Administrator at our Bengaluru office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and professional appearance of our workspace.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming firm members, visitors, and new recruits, and providing them with timely information and support. Your responsibilities will include managing conference and team room bookings, handling access card issuance and inventory, and coordinating office decorations for festive events. You will oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities, supervise external vendors and contractors, and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Additionally, you will assist with office technology and equipment, maintain security and confidentiality, liaise with building management, and manage vendor contracts and billing processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing food and beverage services, mailroom operations, and supply inventories, as well as supporting both professional and social office events. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with the Bengaluru Office Services Team, the team lead, the Senior Manager of Administration in Mumbai, and office services colleagues across locations, providing backup support as needed and contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Minimum qualification required is a Graduate degree from a reputed University
  • 2+ years in a similar role in the hospitality industry or in a multi-national organization
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
  • Strong typing and proofreading skills; ability to produce documents quickly and accurately
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and thrive in a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
