Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate and/or masters degree with a strong record of academic achievement
- 1+ years of working experience in marketing & sales (B2B/B2C) with leading companies in FMCG or consulting industry, experience of sales efficiency BPR is preferred
- Cooperative personality; ability to work with and coach effectively in a diverse group of team members
- Detail oriented and with the ability to work under pressure; mentally resilient to sustain the journey
- Entrepreneurial and proactive thinking about potential improvements to how things are done; highly pragmatic, focused on achieving outcomes and impact
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving, comfort with quantitative analysis, and managerial accounting
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, both in English and Chinese
- Comfortable with extensive travel
