Your qualifications and skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1+ years of HR experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Ability to navigate sensitive and complex employee situations with care
- Sharp technical expertise and an intrinsic drive to explore, learn and innovate
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a complex and largely autonomous work environment
- Evidence of sound judgment, professionalism, maturity, trustworthiness
- Ability to work in-person in our Chicago office a minimum of 2-3 days per week
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
