Your qualifications and skills
- Undergraduate degree in chemicals/chemical engineering and/or an advanced degree (masters, MBA, PhD)
- In-depth understanding of the development trends in the chemical/refinery industry; knowledge of value chains (current trends, players, technologies, etc.) is required
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Mobile and excited to take on longer international assignments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Korean
- Ability to work with people across all levels in an organization to make them successful; track record of strong influencing and communication skills
