You will apply of McKinseys results-oriented and proprietary MT processes, which are backed by tools, benchmarks, and methodologies.

You will join one of our offices in Germany and Austria and will be part of our fast-growing McKinsey's Transformation (MT) practice. You will serve on a client engagement team to help our clients in their transformation efforts.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree; master's degree or MBA is preferred
  • Degree in business/management, economics, engineering or law preferred
  • Experience with financial modeling, analysis and valuation preferred
  • Experience in driving operational turnarounds and/or accelerated growth initiatives spanning critical strategic, revenue, cost, and working capital levers
  • Ability to drive change through people leadership and capability building
  • Experience working in professional service environments, especially management consulting, restructuring/transformation consulting, investment banking, private equity, preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing), in German and English
