In this role you will be liaising with our clients to gather data, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis.
You'll be working with our team that covers our banking clients and will have the opportunity to travel to client sites. Our projects typically run for 6 months; therefore, you will become an expert in data and topics.
Youll work with our Finalta team in Budapest. You will be a part of Finalta WE (Western Europe) team, covering studies in countries like: France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland).
Building on more than twenty years' experience working with leading banks and insurers, Finalta combines benchmark performance data and best-practice knowledge from 350 financial institutions in over 50 countries to generate insights on how to achieve superior performance.
Annual benchmarking provides clients with a unique management tool to objectively assess performance against peers and quantify opportunities for improvement. Our best-practice cases illustrate how to close performance gaps and give clients a roadmap to reach world-class performance while reducing the time, cost, and risk of change.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Banking, Data Analysis, Economics, or Strategy with some internship experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Ability to manage your time to produce high quality work to deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English
