Senior Business Analyst role for a Belfast-based (hybrid, 3 days in office) position supporting a major regulatory change programme focused on product governance and UK regulatory compliance within Markets. The role is contract-based and requires strong business analysis experience in Investment Banking or wider Financial Services, with a track record delivering regulatory change such as Product Governance, MiFID II, PRIIPs or Consumer Duty. Strong stakeholder engagement (Business, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Technology), excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) are required.

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Belfast based Business Analyst to support a major regulatory change initiative focused on product governance and UK regulatory compliance within Markets.

Strong Business Analysis experience within either Investment Banking or wider Financial Services.
Experience delivering regulatory change initiatives (e.g. Product Governance, MiFID II, PRIIPs, Consumer Duty, or similar frameworks)
Proven ability to deliver analysis across the full change lifecycle, from requirements through to BAU handover
Experience working with a range of stakeholders including Business, Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and Technology
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
