Full Job Description

Maven's Emerging Talent Team is responsible for the attraction, selection and retention of our apprentice, intern and graduate programmes across our Chicago, London, and Amsterdam offices. Our vision is to support everyone to reach their potential. 

We are seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator to join the Emerging Talent Team and support the growth of our programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an interest in Recruitment who would like to gain experience in the Finance Industry. 

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of our Emerging Talent programmes and initiatives in the Chicago office, helping to ensure a leading experience for candidates, interns and graduates
  • Assist with the delivery and facilitation of Chicago Intern and Graduate Programmes, coordinating schedules, logistics, communication with internal stakeholders, and leading Intern and Graduate sessions
  • Work closely with the Emerging Talent team to support the design and delivery of the Chicago Internship programme
  • Partner with business stakeholders to collect feedback on intern and graduate performance
  • Develop strong relationships with target US universities and assist with the planning, coordination and execution of campus events
  • Manage the delivery of candidate superdays in the Chicago office, coordinating with teams internally to ensure a leading candidate experience
  • Support Maven's DEI focus by identifying opportunities to engage and attract underrepresented groups within the industry

Role specification: 

  • Genuine interest in emerging talent and early career development
  • Ability to work comfortably in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience
  • Highly organised and able to balance competing deadlines and responsibilities 
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-player with a collaborative, approachable, and positive mindset
  • Willingness to travel several times per year to attend university and recruiting events 
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar industry or role preferred
  • Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United States; Maven does not offer visa sponsorship for this position
