Job Summary:
Role within the Central KYC team responsible for conducting client due diligence, risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of business relationships across Man Group. The role ensures regulatory compliance with AML/CTF requirements while enabling business growth through efficient KYC processing and proactive risk management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day KYC operations and respond to business queries
  • Conduct risk assessments and review KYC reports for business relationships in accordance with Man Group’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and obtain KYC documentation
  • Review and resolve screening alerts against sanctions, PEPs and adverse information
  • Handle KYC requests for Man Group’s funds and corporate entities
  • Prepare management information and KYC metrics
  • Support regulatory compliance tasks and manage ad-hoc project requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in KYC systems and ensure data quality
  • Identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness

 

Technical Competencies:

Required:

  • Experience in KYC/AML operations, preferably within asset management or financial services
  • Experience dealing with complex fund structures
  • Understanding of global AML/KYC regulations and industry best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate risk concerns to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Desirable:

  • Experience with KYC platforms
