What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager you will join our Business Compliance team within Macquarie Asset Management, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across our private markets platform to provide trusted regulatory advice and oversight. In this role, you support the delivery of strategic initiatives, review transactions and marketing materials, and guide new product and fund launches in areas such as infrastructure and energy transition. Your work helps ensure compliance frameworks remain robust, practical and responsive, while enabling the business to operate confidently and responsibly in a complex regulatory environment. You will collaborate widely across teams, influencing decision-making and reinforcing strong compliance practices that underpin our long-term success. 

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

  • Experience in a compliance role within asset management, with exposure to private markets
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across the UK and Europe, with the ability to apply complex frameworks in a commercial context
