Our team consists of Operational Risk specialists, who support our business globally on complex trading and associated risks, to ensure that the key operational risks are being effectively managed and monitored.

What role will you play?

As a Risk Manager in the Client Fulfilment team, you will support and facilitate the continued and proactive improvement of processes, controls and operational risk awareness and culture across our businesses. You will be responsible for identifying operational issues and control breakdowns related to client activities, perform proactive control assurance and thorough incident investigations and reporting. In addition, you will provide advice and report on a broad range of risk matters, assess new product and business initiatives, be an active participant in reviews of Group-wide policies and test effectiveness of controls.

What you offer

  • 5+ years experience in non-financial risk management, with Operational Risk and any Data experience highly regarded
  • Experience working with trading and financing businesses, with experience over KYC and AML requirements within Financial Services being valuable
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and risk colleagues to drive, challenge and influence as well as lead conversations regarding anticipated or emerging issues
  • Sound knowledge in data analysis, problem solving and process improvement with the ability to think laterally, grasp abstract concepts and complex situations combined with strong problem-solving skills.
