In this role, you will work within the Tax Delivery team, partnering closely with various stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear technology solutions. This hands-on role spans the full change lifecycle, from problem definition and requirements gathering through solution design, testing, and implementation support.

Stakeholder engagement and business analysis expertise, with the ability to understand Finance and Tax processes and translate complex regulatory and operational needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Strong requirements and process modeling skills, including proficiency in user stories, process flows, data mappings, and other structured BA artefacts.
Solution design and collaboration capability, working effectively with engineers, architects, and data specialists to validate fit for purpose solutions aligned to target architectures, data standards, and controls.
Agile delivery and lifecycle knowledge, encompassing backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing support, defect management, and implementation readiness.
Solid application and data engineering fluency, spanning SaaS and on prem platforms, data warehousing and ETL, scheduling tools, and cloud environments (AWS or GCP), with a continuous improvement mindset.
