**Legal Entity Controller (22441) - Permanent, Mid-level** - Lead financial control, reporting, and analysis for Commodities and Global Markets division - Manage balance sheet, P&L, financial statements, and regulatory reports - Improve processes, systems, and controls to mitigate financial risk and enhance efficiency - Prepare and present financial performance insights to senior stakeholders - Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and experience in complex corporate structures preferred Responsibilities: - Act as financial controller for Commodities and Global Markets division - Manage balance sheet and P&L analysis, month-end close, financial statements, and regulatory reports - Ensure accurate accounting treatment for new transactions, products, and restructures - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and drive consistency across the function Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in financial reporting at a subsidiary and business level - Strong balance sheet control mindset with experience in reconciliations, impairments, and attestation - Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS (preferred) - Experience working within complex corporate structures and cash settlements - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and present financial insights clearly and confidently - Continuous improvement approach and experience enhancing processes and controls

- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements and analytical commentary at a subsidiary and business level
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS (preferred)
- Strong balance sheet control mindset, with experience in reconciliations, impairment reviews, and attestation of financial balances
- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and present financial performance insights clearly and confidently
- Experience working within complex corporate structures, including intercompany transactions, cash settlements and FX considerations
- A continuous improvement approach, with experience enhancing processes, systems and controls to mitigate financial risk and improve efficiency
