What role will you play?

You will work across Banking and Financial Services to lead and support incident and issue investigations. You will use your stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate with a wide network across the business. Your responsibilities will include identifying root causes, assessing impacts, and developing action plans to prevent reoccurrence. You will play an active role in facilitating discussions on anticipated and emerging issues, helping teams navigate risks with clarity and confidence.
