- Ability to lead a team that supports Group Technology and Security in meeting operational risk management requirements, working closely with colleagues in the Risk Management Group and Internal Audit
- Broad knowledge of technology including cyber security, public cloud and modern development practices
- Ability to build a strong understanding of complex technology environments to provide clear risk insights and advice to senior leaders
- Ability to oversee risk management activities and improve awareness and maturity of risk and controls across teams
- Proven senior leadership skills with experience mentoring global teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive and learning-focused environment.
