- Experience with futures products, with exposure to other asset classes considered an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transaction reporting and futures.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory change, process improvement and scalable operating model improvements in complex global environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate issues as business risks and influence priorities with senior leaders.
- People leadership capability, including setting clear objectives, supporting development and wellbeing, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, able to assess complex business problems, identify root causes, and define high quality functional requirements aligned to business and regulatory outcomes.
