- At least three years experience in financial services, ideally in risk analysis with exposure to commodities, FX and/or interest rate markets.
- A strong problem solving mindset, with the ability to analyse requirements and deliver practical solutions in a fast paced environment.
- The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups, including trading, technology and risk teams, supported by clear and confident communication skills.
- A solid understanding of technology concepts and data systems, with basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python considered beneficial.
- Familiarity with market data sources such as Bloomberg or Refinitiv, and a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
