As the Finance Solution Architect/Tech Lead, you will leverage your strong expertise in finance and data integration to lead our finance ecosystem. With a strategic, problem-solving mindset and deep technical knowledge, you will define the technical vision and architecture for a significant portfolio of BFS finance systems. This includes our general ledger, accounts receivable, budgeting/forecasting, reconciliation, and finance data & analytics platforms. You will be responsible for designing finance systems that optimally use our core platforms, and will drive efficiency by leveraging AI, automation, and other technological advancements.

- Expertise in designing and integrating complex data flows from disparate enterprise systems, data warehouses/data platforms to drive Finance business requirements and transformation.
- Deep technical design capabilities with a strong understanding of EPM systems (specifically Anaplan and/or IBM TM1 with supplementary knowledge of Fusion General Ledger and/or Workiva). You must possess a proven ability to bridge the gap between EPM architecture and broad enterprise data integration landscape.
- Experience leading the end-to-end technical design and implementation of complex finance systems, translating finance teams' business requirements into scalable, transformative architectures.
- Experience working in a mature cloud environment.
- Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Passionate about using automation and AI to drive platform efficiency and innovation.
