- Hands-on experience with Core Java (version 8 or above) and Spring Boot
- Active use of AI tools to explore design patterns, improve development outcomes, and support unit testing and documentation
- Ability to follow a specification-driven approach, defining and aligning development with clear requirements and application interfaces before coding
- Experience with software development lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Maven, ArgoCD, Artifactory and GitHub
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and experience working in a Unix or Linux environment
