- Strong experience across data governance, data management with the ability to translate technical topics into clear, business relevant insights. AI experience is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing high quality materials for senior management and governance forums
- Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and influence stakeholders at senior levels
- Ability to demonstrate senior level judgement and decision-making capability, acting on behalf of the Regional Chief Data & AI Officer where appropriate to progress initiatives, resolve issues, and respond to time critical matters
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand new concepts and operate independently
- A collaborative, self starting approach with experience driving operational excellence and supporting people development
