Join our Stakeholder Engagement team as a Change Manager within the Commodities and Global Markets division, supporting regulatory transformation initiatives. You will own key change management deliverables across critical workstreams, driving system enhancements and operational improvements to strengthen non-financial regulatory reporting. You will define and deliver the change activity plan, lead change impact assessments, and manage readiness activities to support adoption. You will liaise with senior stakeholders to drive engagement and coordinate communications, training and change activities.

- Proven experience as a Change Manager within a fast-paced environment, with current experience in hands-on delivery of change activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels and multiple functions, including Business, Technology and Risk
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex ideas into easy to digest content
- Experience delivering change management activities across complex projects containing multiple streams
- Experience working on Transaction Reporting and/or Regulatory change projects would be highly regarded
