The Resilience team is responsible for embedding Macquaries business resilience framework across the organisation, helping to ensure we can anticipate, withstand, respond to, and recover from disruption. We work closely with teams and external partners to strengthen crisis leadership, planning, testing, and day-to-day preparedness so critical services can continue when they matter most.

In this role, you will focus on coordinating business and operational resilience activities to strengthen resilience capability across Macquaries critical operations and processes. Working as part of a global team, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, helping teams understand their key activities, dependencies, and recovery strategies. Your work will support effective risk management, plan reviews, and scenario testing, ensuring resilience plans are current, practical, and fit for purpose while meeting regulatory and leadership expectations.
