- 7+ years' experience in a business management or operations role ideally within Marketing, Digital, Financial Services or Professional Services environments.
- Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy is highly desirable.
- Experience in process and risk controls is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, headcount, and financial reporting in partnership with finance teams.
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment including planning cycles, sprint ceremonies and adapting quickly to change.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think holistically, identify opportunities for improvement, and create structure in ambiguous environments.
- High accountability with the ability to navigate complex challenges and lead through change.
