As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of Group Technology and Securitys strategic portfolio by working closely with both technical and business teams. You will gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating complex technical information into clear and practical outcomes. By reviewing endtoend processes and identifying improvement opportunities, you will help deliver solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enhance adoption.
What you offer

- 23 years experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst across technology initiatives, with proven requirements gathering capability
- At least 1 year of experience working with data, including analysis, reporting, and dashboarding
- Experience providing projectlevel analysis, supported by technical reporting and dashboarding to inform delivery and decisionmaking
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to produce clear insights for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively between technical teams and business partners.
