Serve as member of team specializing in delivering bespoke hedging and risk management solutions to global financial sponsors, with a focus on fund-level FX and interest rate hedging with primary responsibility for supporting team's efforts in trade pricing and execution for foreign exchange and rates derivatives, including supporting Macquaries hedging services to corporate and institutional clients globally. Specific duties include receiving, pricing, executing, and booking derivatives transactions; underwriting structure and financial position of private equity clients; managing daily reconciliation of trade positions, revenue, and collateral balances; and providing market information and analytics to clients.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance or related field (Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics) plus 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of experience performing FX and rates sales trading analysis, pricing, and execution
  • Prior experience must include 3 years working with FX and interest rate derivatives, including forwards, swaps, and options, and their application in fund-level risk management
  • 3 years performing credit risk assessment of financial sponsors and funds
  • 3 years working with global financial markets, including analyzing macroeconomic trends, central bank policies, and regulatory developments and their impact on hedging strategies

Salary range for this position: $166,000 - $215,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
