What role will you play?

In this role, you will provide trade support services including FX settlement, funding of custody accounts, stock verification, and the preparation of cash projection and risk-related reports. You will closely coordination with traders, middle office teams, internal stakeholders, and external counterparties or brokers to resolve trade issues efficiently.

Strong customer-centric mindset with demonstrative experience liaising with various stakeholders and counterparts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to investigate issues, resolve problems, and escalate effectively when needed.
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to learn system processes quickly and work accurately under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts and public holidays as required; experience with payments and FX settlements is advantageous.
