- A degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- A basic understanding of financial markets and products such as derivatives, commodities, bonds and equities
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel, with exposure to tools such as Power BI, VBA or Python being beneficial
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
