What role will you play?

The program runs from December to February and includes a structured induction, on-the-job training and learning opportunities. You will work alongside industry experts on impactful projects to set yourself up for a successful career once you complete your studies. 

We have opportunities in: 

Accounting 

Support the growth of Macquarie by delivering financial management and control advice, management reporting and forecasting, regulatory and tax reporting and business advisory.  

Asset Management 

Play a role in providing investment solutions and managing assets for a broad range of clients.  

Corporate finance, M&A, advisory, treasury and markets 

Help advise businesses on mergers or acquisitions, support teams that trade essential commodities or work in treasury providing funding, capital and advisory services. 

Market services  

Be part of a digital-first team that provides endtoend trade support, from middleoffice operations and trade validation through to documentation and settlement support to our operating groups.   

People and engagement  

Help enable our business by attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining the best people, and delivering essential operational support to our global teams.  

Retail banking 

Gain real customer-focused experience, helping people purchase a home, start business or manage their finances.  

Risk  

Work on strategies to help manage and prevent risks to deliver successful and sustainable business outcomes. 

Equities cadetship 

Build deep sellside equities research capability through the Macquarie Capital Summer Internship Program, followed by ongoing parttime work within our Equities Research team, supporting live coverage, analysis and investor insights. 

Summer Interns are eligible to be fast tracked for our Graduate Program.
