4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Testing Tools Expertise

• Strong experience with Load Testing tools such as LoadRunner/Performance Center, JMeter.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts for web and API.

Requirements Analysis

• Identify and recommend Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for performance testing through detailed analysis of product specifications and business SLAs.

End-to-End Performance Testing

• Execute comprehensive performance tests including Load, Stress, Endurance and Scalability testing.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams for tuning and optimization.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present detailed performance reports and dashboard.
• Communicate insights and actionable recommendations effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Cloud Expertise

• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS and Azure preferred) for leveraging cloud-based load generation.

Monitoring & Observability

• Ability to correlate performance test results with infrastructure metrics (CPU, memory, disk I/O, network latency) for root cause analysis.
