Role Description:


Issuer & Member Services IT is a dynamic and growing team within the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), supporting one of the Groups key strategic web platforms. This platform, built on Angular 18 and hosted on AWS, using modern technologies including serverless architecture, NoSQL databases, and containerization.

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Angular Developer to play a pivotal role in enhancing the platforms user interface and contributing to back-end development where needed. You will work closely with UX designers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain front-end features using Angular (v12+), ensuring alignment with UX and product requirements.

  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to the definition and enforcement of front-end development standards and best practices.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle using tools such as Jira, GitLab, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.

  • Support production releases and change management activities, occasionally outside regular UK working hours.

  • Participate in Level 3 production support, addressing critical issues.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Front-end development experience across multiple significant enterprise level projects..

  • Strong proficiency in Angular (v12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, and RxJS.

  • Experience with Redux/NGRX/Signal Store for state management.

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.

  • Exposure to Storybook for UI component development (nice to have).

  • Comfortable working in Agile environments with multi-functional teams.

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
