About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will leverage your market, language, or financial domain expertise to deliver high-quality data and insights that support customer and business requirements. You will play a key role in data research, investigation, content curation, and resolution of client data issues, while also supporting and mentoring junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely and accurate data investigation using diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical outputs during research projects
  • Lead and support the resolution of client data issues, including data integrity gaps, missing data, and related cases
  • Process and validate data efficiently using approved tools, sources, and collection policies
  • Leverage market, language, or domain expertise to meet customer and business requirements, in line with defined quality metrics
  • Support complex projects and consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs
  • Participate in the preparation of new business proposals and contribute to ongoing project work
  • Review, guide, and support the work of junior analysts, contributing to their training and development
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data sourcing, collection, and relationship building
  • Identify and report process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in Financial Markets, Compliance, Content Operations, or related industry domains
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and resolve data issues effectively
  • Working knowledge of data tools and workflows; basic knowledge of SQL is required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
