Full Job Description
As Manager Finance being part of the D&A Finance team, you will be a finance partner covering part of our global organization with focus on Sales and Revenue. In this role, you will partner with D&A Finance & Business colleagues to drive commercial excellence and salesforce effectiveness (efficiency & throughput) right metrics, measurement system, actions, and follow-through. Along-side driving run-the-business activities, it would be an opportunity to partner in solving complex business problems and to build forward looking views based on deep insights into various aspects of Deal life cycles. Aim of the role would be to build strong business and finance acumen and be a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership for your portfolio. Major responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
Forecasting:
Responsible for the delivery of the sales and revenue forecasting process including collation of data points and review of model outputs
Preparation of forecast reporting and information packs containing relevant details and context of forecast performance by region and business line
Understanding the business requirement by providing insightful commentary
Performance analysis:
Delivery of standardised performance analysis and insight - e.g. sales trend data, channel data, top customer analysis etc
Ad hoc performance analysis requests (from Business and Finance teams)
Management of key data sets linked to sales and revenue. For example, contract renewal trackers, usage data, price achievement insight and pipeline information
Business Partnering:
Partnering with business colleagues from within the sales organization and the Product teams to deliver reporting, collaborate on opportunities and provide support for business growth decisions
Support on M&A transactions as required
Reporting:
Delivery of month end close and validation of reported result in conjunction with the Controllership organization
Dealing with queries from front line teams and finance colleagues linked to the month end sales and revenue reporting
Managing reporting to regional and business teams
Supporting in the preparing of ad-hoc business analysis to support initiatives and areas of business focus
