JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Manager / Senior Associate will sit within the Insights & Analytics team and manage daytoday research operations, with a primary focus on quantitative primary research and periodic support for qualitative studies.

 

The role requires handson ownership of survey creation, fieldwork management, data analysis, and insight generation, working independently with vendors and internal stakeholders.

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Independently manage endtoend quantitative research projects, including:

    • Translating stakeholder requirements into clear research briefs

    • Questionnaire design and programming in Qualtrics

    • Survey testing, soft launches, and fieldwork monitoring

    • Data quality checks, cleaning, and validation

    • Analysing survey data using Qualtrics and Excel, and preparing seniorleadershipready insight presentations

 

  • Contribute to qualitative research where required, including discussion guide inputs, synthesis of transcripts, note taking, and thematic analysis.

  • Work closely with external research vendors and agencies to manage timelines, sampling approach, and quality of outputs.

 

  • Identify opportunities for proactive, independent research that addresses emerging business questions beyond commissioned requests.

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 37 years of experience in primary customer research, with a strong quantitative focus and working knowledge of qualitative methods.

  • Handson experience working independently in leading research agencies such as Kantar, Ipsos, Nielsen, Hansa, or similar.

  • Proven experience managing research operations endtoend, including fieldwork, vendors, and delivery.

  • Strong expertise in Qualtrics, including:

    • Survey creation and logic

    • Analysis and reporting within the platform

  • Advanced ability to derive and communicate insights from quantitative and qualitative data through clear, actionable PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple research projects in parallel.

  • Strong stakeholdermanagement skills, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and translate business needs into research solutions.

  • High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and a structured approach to problemsolving.

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Exposure to financial services, B2B, or complex products.

  • Experience working on the client side

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis or predictive modelling.

  • Strong storytelling ability and comfort tailoring outputs for senior and nontechnical audiences.
