About the Role
Were looking for a People Partner who is passionate about shaping meaningful employee experiences and strengthening culture at a country level.
In this role, youll help bring People strategies to life working closely with leaders and colleagues to support talent, engagement, and change. Youll play a key role in building a connected One LSEG culture, while ensuring local practices align with global direction.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, influencing outcomes, and making a tangible difference to people and the business.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll contribute through a mix of strategic coordination, partnership, and handson support, including:
Supporting the delivery of country People plans, aligned to both local priorities and global People strategies
Working collaboratively with Centres of Excellence and Business People Partners to implement People programmes that reflect local context
Partnering with leaders to enable change, engagement, and talent development initiatives
Providing guidance on employment practices, policies, and local regulatory requirements
Supporting talent planning, employee engagement, and retention efforts within the country
Helping leaders navigate change and continuous improvement in practical, peoplecentric ways
Ensuring ongoing compliance with People policies, workforce legislation, and reporting requirements
Sharing knowledge, coaching others, and contributing to a supportive People community
