Full Job Description

Conduct data analysis on the results of index rebalances to ensure the accuracy and quality of the changes of the review.

Conduct eligibility checks on equities potentially entering FTSE Russell indices.

Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to articulate the effects and impact of the index rebalance/reviews on end clients through timely investigation and resolution of any queries.

Raise any issues/concerns to the line manager and report exceptions in a timely manner and highlight and recommend process improvements to your line manager that will improve the levels of quality, productivity & client service.

Strive to constantly improve your skills through training & development opportunities. .

Support the onboarding of new business, methodology updates to the team through precise and accurate documentation.

Partnership and collaboration across teams by actively encouraging interaction and providing assistance to others where required.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Understanding of the investment management and portfolio construction across asset classes.

Knowledge of performance measurement and portfolio analysis concepts.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excel proficiency as well as experience with a structured programming language such as VBA or SQL MS or MBA in finance, financial engineering, economics, statistics.
