Position Summary

The Director, Pre-Sales & Account Management, Markets Technology is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth, improving client satisfaction, and rapidly growing LSEGs footprint across the financial markets technology segment. This role provides strategic direction, leads a team of account managers and pre-sales professionals, and nurtures relationships with senior client partners.

The Director will foster a customer-centric approachtranslating market insights into commercial strategies, orchestrating engagement, and ensuring outstanding execution across the full sales lifecycle. Success will be measured through net revenue growth, customer retention, operational excellence, and the development of a high-performing team.

What You'll Be Doing

         Lead, develop, and coach a team of account managers and pre-sales specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

         Own and lead all aspects of all RFI, RFP, and proposal submissions, ensuring high-quality, compelling responses that differentiate our value proposition.

         Demonstrate deep understanding of client strategies, decision-making frameworks, and business priorities, guiding your team in delivering consultative, outcome-based engagement.

         Maintain solid understanding of Markets Technology and broader LSEG capabilities to support advanced conversations and drive forward opportunities.

         Build and sustain executive-level relationships, positioning LSEG as a long-term strategic partner.

         Drive portfolio growth by expanding LSEGs footprint, accelerating adoption, and ensuring revenue retention across key accounts.

         Provide strategic oversight for all commercial activities within the portfolio, ensuring flawless end-to-end relationship management.

         Streamline and optimize account administration processes to increase efficiency across the team.

         Oversee billing accuracy within the team and ensure timely resolution of client invoicing issues.

         Partner with senior internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, and Customer Operations to unlock value and resolve escalations.
