The Markets FX Sales team delivers market-leading FX trading solutions at LSEG FX, offering a comprehensive, end-to-end ecosystem spanning the full trade lifecyclefrom pre-trade analytics and execution through to post-trade compliance and clearing.

Our award-winning FX trading venues connect over 2,400 institutions with 200+ liquidity providers, supporting Spot, Forwards, Swaps, NDFs, and Options across 500+ currency pairs.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Banks & Hedge Funds (Americas), this role requires a senior sales leader capable of defining strategy and delivering sustained revenue growth across the US Hedge Fund FX business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Market Ownership: Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for US Hedge Funds.
  • Revenue Growth & Business building: Deliver against ambitious revenue targets through disciplined new business acquisition.
  • Executive Client Engagement: Leverage and development of existing senior-level relationships held across US Hedge Funds.
  • Commercial Governance & Forecasting: Own, communicate & deliver a robust revenue strategy and forecast.
  • Enterprise Collaboration (One LSEG): Demonstrate partnership across Sales, Product and broader LSEG teams.
  • Market Insight & Thought Leadership: Bring external market perspective to inform strategy.

Candidate Profile

  • Enterprise-level leader with proven revenue growth track record.
  • Must hold established senior relationships across US Hedge Funds.
  • Experience in complex, high-value sales.
  • Execution-focused and results-driven.
  • Strong collaborator.

Experience & Capabilities

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in FX Sales and electronic trading solutions to US Hedge Funds
  • Ownership of strategy and revenue delivery through Enterprise Leadership.
  • Excellent Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Executive presence and communication skills.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $183,600 - $306,000.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEGs Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
