This position is for the role of Content Analyst within Foreign Exchange & Money Market (FX & MM) Pricing team within Realtime Pricing. The role is required to provide 24/5 coverage for maintaining FXMM data on flagship products such as Workspace and DataScope Suite; responsible for ensuring content set is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner while also supporting prioritized projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for timely availability, accuracy and completeness of meta-data and pricing information in real-time, reference and historical databases for foreign exchange & Money Market instruments.

  • Monitor global market events interpreting impact of the same on our process.

  • Work with various internal teams to identify trends and areas of concern raised by clients with solutions to reduce client queries.

  • Add new content & increase coverage of instruments working on projects.

  • Support specific projects, content testing and responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data.

  • Assist in resolving customer cases partnering with service and other client facing teams.

  • Be flexible to work in different shifts (rotational) supporting 24/5 coverage.

The process involves monitoring and validating pricing data daily for key Asian, European and North American FI/FX & MM content sets. The team also works on delivery of Content Enhancements. The team needs to ensure to provide flawless support for our content and act as a point of contact for any pricing related queries, client issues on prices and charting etc

  • Accountable for the quality of own work, delivered within agreed timeframes and quality standards. 

  • Quality of work is reviewed to ensure it is delivered within set parameters of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.

  • Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge.

 

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 

  • Knowledge of Deming, EVAI, SELF and NDA is added advantages.

  • Basic conceptual knowledge of FXMM and Over the counter (OTC) instruments.

  • Effectively communicate both internally & externally.

  • Should be able to work under pressure.

  • Excellent attention to details, eager to learn new things and multitasking.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent is required.
