EquityClear and Collateral & Liquidity Management (CaLM). This role is pivotal in driving operational effectiveness, optimising processes, strengthening financial performance and enabling clear, insightled decisionmaking. Working closely with Product, COO and business head, the role ensures the smooth running of daytoday operations while delivering highquality analysis, governance and strategic support. Focus areas include:

Business Management: Financial oversight, cost rigor, operating rhythm, process optimisation and performance tracking

Business Insight & Analysis: Datadriven performance evaluation and decision enablement, target tracking and evolution, commercial analysis and executive reporting

Governance & Data: Board materials, governance cycle management, data quality, and robust operational controls

Operational Risk: Help drive a robust control environment, ensuring preventative measures in place

Key responsibilities of the role:

Reporting

Produce, maintain and continuously improve an existing suite of highquality materials, including monthly summaries, board papers, financial analyses and executive briefs, to support effective decisionmaking and division/CCP initiatives.

Deliver consistent, insightful reporting continuing clarity on business performance, commercial activity and progress against strategic priorities.

Partner with Finance to coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing clear financial analysis and supporting annual planning discussions with leadership.

Lead improvements across reporting workflows, driving greater clarity, efficiency and scalability, utilising Snowflake and cloud data storage within the group.

Business Management

Support daily operations and supply actionable data to enable business planning, commercial initiatives and senior management decisionmaking.

Consolidate and enhance management information by integrating datasets forging reliable, accessible sources of truth.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by optimising processes, upgrading tools and implementing bestpractice approaches.

Shape and run the operating rhythm, coordinating senior management meetings and aligning content across functions.

Facilitate effective teamwork spanning CEO office, Product, Sales, Finance, Operations and Engineering, defining responsibilities, managing dependencies and supporting delivery of shared goals.

Governance

Support consistent monthly reporting through standardised materials, sharper MI narratives and improved crossbusiness alignment.

Maintain strong financial and operational controls through reliable reconciliation routines and disciplined oversight.

Coordinate governance reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate submissions to senior forums and oversight committees.

Essential experience and skills required:

Ability to guide, influence and support colleagues across teams, providing direction and expertise without formal management responsibility.

Demonstrate a self-starting, innovative approach that prioritises operational efficiency and business effectiveness, converting ideas into practical, valueadding solutions

Experience in process design and optimisation.

Skilled in data analysis and ability to make informed commercial recommendations.

Proficient in PowerBI, PowerPoint and Excel with a proven ability to work with large, complex datasets

Evidence of build trusting relationships for positive outcomes.
