Full Job Description

Responsible for driving specific people processes within PSS, ensuring service delivery in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Complete established processes and guidelines, collaborating with team members and leaders to deliver a high-quality employee experience and supporting process improvements as needed

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Carries out day-to-day people processes according to established guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of service delivery and critical metrics are met and constantly excelled for the employee lifecycle or operations for areas such as Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration etc.
- Delivers people services in line with agreed service levels and organisational standards, ensuring the colleague and people leader experience is positive and efficient with moderate supervision.
- Calls out complex issues to People Leaders as needed and assists in problem solving when necessary.
Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes and partners with the wider team to propose changes.
- Assists with data collection and reporting for process performance reviews, highlighting areas of concern and proposing improvements when applicable.
- Partners with wider team members to deliver on tasks and projects.
- Participates in training sessions to stay up-to-date with People policies, tools, technologies and customer service delivery. Applies knowledge to continuously improve personal performance and service quality.
- Utilises data and analytics to produce actionable insights and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous professional HR experience of administrating processes and/or systems
- Moderate stakeholder management experience
