You’ll take a leading role in shaping the Interest Only strategy and supporting activity across adjacent areas such as Lifetime Mortgages, Capital Optimisation, and Securitisation. Working closely with colleagues across Risk, Legal, Operations, Financial Wellbeing and Platform teams, you’ll help deliver treatments, monitor customer behaviour, and ensure our strategies are well‑governed and aligned to Consumer Duty expectations.

Supporting the delivery of customer treatment strategies across Homes.
Providing leadership and coaching within the team and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture.

Essential Skills
Strong understanding of Consumer Duty and the ability to apply it across a range of customer scenarios.
Broad understanding of mortgages and/or wider financial services products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
Ability to interpret and analyse data and customer outcomes, drawing insight to shape strategy and identify risks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into a clear narrative that drives action.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, working confidently with Risk, Legal, Operations and senior stakeholders.
Experience in reporting, action planning and governance, including tracking delivery and preparing high‑quality executive/board‑level updates.
Ability to lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
Desirable Skills
Experience working with Interest Only, Lifetime Mortgages, Capital Optimisation, or Securitisation topics.
Exposure to customer treatment strategies, financial wellbeing or customer assistance processes.
Experience coordinating or supporting redress, remediation, or customer treatment implementation.
