JOB TITLE: Sales Director – Invoice Finance / Asset Based Lending, Mid Corporate

LOCATION: Birmingham

HOURS: Full-time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub mentioned above.

About the Opportunity

The Invoice Finance Team plays a key part of the cashflow solution for many trading businesses and is a growth product both within LBG and the UK generally, making this an exciting area to develop a career within the wider Group.
 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Invoice Finance / ABL Sales Director to join our team. This senior role requires a strong regional presence in the marketplace to identify and deliver high quality new business opportunities through the design and implementation of bespoke invoice finance solutions. This role involves supporting businesses new and existing clients with turnovers from £25 million to £100m and implementing Invoice Finance / ABL facilities.
 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage, develop and deliver new Invoice Finance and ABL opportunities in the Mid Corporate sector (£25m - £150m Turnover - mid-tier companies, multinational corporates, etc.)

  • Fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive Invoice Finance and ABL opportunities and long-term growth.

  • Analysing and evaluating the feasibility / relevance of the proposed financial requirements, then develops and provides an Invoice Finance / ABL solution as necessary, with guidance from senior colleagues and / or supervising activities performed by a financial product development / specialist team.

  • Cultivating strong relationships with coverage colleagues and key business introducers to ensure effective delivery.

  • Leading the structuring of financial solutions and negotiating deals to drive success.
