LOCATION: Chester, Newport, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh

WORKING PATTERN: Full Time hybrid: two days per week at one of the above offices

About this opportunity

This is an exciting time to join the Consumer Lending Cards team to optimise our Contract Rate Pricing!

Our purpose is to deliver a fair, simple and transparent pricing structure across our brands. We maintain appropriate price for risk through upwards and downwards repricing, ensuring fair treatment of our customers whilst creating the right balance of risk and reward for our shareholders!

We value people who can develop and implement data led strategies based upon detailed analysis of customer profiles and behaviours.

In this role you'll:

  • Analyse customer behaviour, generate insight and make recommendations to fair pricing across Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and MBNA brands.
  • Design and implement portfolio pricing monitoring to produce insight into performance and drive business strategy.
  • Present your insight and recommendations to managers and partners to gain support and approval
  • Support the delivery, execution and monitoring of new and existing pricing strategies
  • Utilise AI tools to support analysis and improve efficiency
