Location: London and Edinburgh
Hours: Full time

What youll be doing
Were seeking three strategy manager roles for some of our key business areas Corporate & Commercial Banking, Consumer Relationships & Lending and Insurance, Pensions & Investments.
The Digital Finance Lab which sits within Group Payments and is responsible for building groupwide digitalasset product capabilities, including tokenised money, programmable payments and onledger services. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product and customer outcomes, acting as the bridge between the Lab and the commercial and corporate banking division.
In this role, youll define the digital-assets strategy for the business area, ensuring its aligned to divisional priorities and Group strategy. Act as a primary interface between the Digital Finance Lab and product, coverage and platform teams, identifying customer opportunities where digital assets can enhance outcomes across key domains such as payments, liquidity, trade, lending and treasury services, alongside retail banking, wealth and investment solutions, pensions and insurance. Collectively, the team will cover use cases spanning retail investing, fund creation, collateral and merchant services, estate planning and trusts, and endtoend customer journeys such as home buying and probate, with a strong focus on execution and delivery of live, scalable propositions.
Youll also shape end-to-end value propositions, from customer need through to product design, delivery and adoption, while supporting senior collaborators by clearly articulating commercial value, customer impact, risks and delivery pathways. Ensure solutions are built to be safe, secure and resilient, and aligned with regulatory and risk expectations, translating emerging technologies into clear customer benefits and commercial outcomes. Finally, youll support decision-making through strong storytelling, insight and evidence-based recommendations, and ensure propositions meet customer, conduct and regulatory expectations.

What were looking for
Deep knowledge of banking products and client needs within the corporate and commercial sectors.
Strong understanding of digital assets, including tokenisation, DLT, programmable money and related ecosystems.
Proven experience crafting strategy and translating it into deliverable product roadmaps.
Experience operating in sophisticated, regulated environments with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
Knowledge of digitalasset concepts and their application to customerfacing services.
Experience working across product strategy, design and delivery.
Proven ability to develop and communicate strategy in complex environments.
Experience balancing innovation with longterm risk and customer considerations.
Experience in one of the key business areas: insurance, pensions/investments or consumer banking, particularly lending and relationshipdriven products or Corporate & Commercial Banking
