JOB TITLE: Content Designer -  6 Month FTC 

SALARY: 61,344 - 68,160 

LOCATIONS: Leeds, Bristol, Manchester  

HOURS: Full-time 

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. What youll be doing  

Within this team, youll combine research and insights with clear people-focussed language to refine and develop conversations with customers to help them do what they need to do. 

Youll be comfortable giving and receiving feedback to key internal customers across the business, and will work closely with product teams to create success metrics. 

Itll be your role to: 

  • Create engaging, readable, accessible content that gives our customers great digital experiences. 

  • Develop genuine empathy for people, understanding their needs, aspirations and challenges. 

  • Take ownership as the content expert in an agile environment. 

  • Think strategically about how our conversations can evolve, and spot opportunities for where they link into other experiences. 

  • Share expertise to help shape the overall design approach. 

  • Provide consistency in the way we have conversations with customers across topics and touchpoints. 

  • Promote and demonstrate how effective writing helps customers.

  • Experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer
