Job Description Summary

We are looking for senior strategy lead Agentic AI. Leading an Agentic AI domain such as Customer or Operations, you drive the reimagination of endtoend value chains, shaping how Agentic AI enables the Groups business priorities in practice. The role requires strong understanding of AI and Agentic AI, combined with business acumen and a solutionoriented mindset to translate ambition into clear value cases and realistic, scalable roadmaps. You orchestrate the full lifecycle of Agentic AI initiatives within the domain, from core capabilities and shared foundations through prioritisation, build, deployment, and value realisation, working across business, technology, and control functions. You bring diverse perspectives together, influence senior stakeholders, and articulate clearly how Agentic AI unlocks value and advances the Groups strategic objectives.

Were looking for a Senior Strategy Lead for Agentic AI to help bring the next wave of AI into the heart of the business. Leading a domain such as Customer or Operations, youll reimagine endtoend value chains and shape how Agentic AI delivers against the Groups priorities.

Heres where youll make a difference:

  • Lead an Agentic AI domain, owning how that domain maps to and enables the Groups business priorities and outcomes. 
  • Work with domain and business leaders to identify, frame, and prioritise Agentic AI opportunities and use cases, ensuring choices are grounded in commercial and operational reality. 
  • Assess priorities across the full Agentic AI lifecycle, from inception and capability definition through build, deployment, adoption, and value realisation, identifying gaps and strengthening weak points. 
  • Build and maintain a realistic, scalable domain roadmap, orchestrating work across business units, platforms, and enabling teams. 
  • Translate business objectives into agentic and technical requirements, with sufficient understanding of data, integration, and system dependencies to make the strategy credible and executable. 
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure alignment, resolve competing priorities, and agree clear OKRsmaintaining a single, coherent domain narrative across value, governance, platforms, skills, and change. 
  • Define domainlevel value outcomes and track realisation, ensuring Agentic AI initiatives remain outcomeled rather than activitydriven. 
  • Drive operatingmodel change and business adoption, shaping how agents, teams, controls, and processes come together to make Agentic AI effective in practice. 
  • Promote crossfunctional collaboration and reuse across business domains and Agentic AI ecosystem, reducing duplication and accelerating scale. 
  • Lead and develop a small team of strategy managers within the AI CoE, creating focus, delivery discipline, and synergy across Agentic AI domains.

  • Handson involvement in AI or Agentic AI programme delivery, from design through deployment and adoption. 
  • Experience shaping AI portfolios, value narratives, or benefits frameworks at scale. 
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms, and how platform roadmaps are prioritised, funded, and governed in large organisations. 
  • Experience leading crossfunctional programmes spanning business and technology teams.
