Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Support Lawyer with strong NDA expertise to join our Transactional team. The role will provide broad paralegal support across a range of transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing NDAs.
The primary responsibilities will include leading an NDA review team and undertaking secondlevel reviews of NDAs as a priority, reporting into the Project Leader, as well as supporting wider transactional matters as required.

Key responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of NDAs, including secondlevel reviews.
  • Leading the NDA review team and managing related projects with increasing autonomy over time.
  • Problemsolving complex issues and providing guidance on NDArelated queries.
  • Mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Contributing to and supporting a positive, collaborative, and friendly team culture.

Candidate requirements

  • Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs.
  • Financial Regulatory experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence in asking questions where needed.
  • Ability to work independently over time and lead projects with minimal supervision.
  • A thorough and proactive approach, with a strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and efficient delivery.
