Job description
Legal & General is seeking a Member Communications Manager to join their award-winning DC Team. The role involves creating and implementing communication plans and campaigns for workplace pension clients, with a focus on improving member engagement and supporting business growth objectives.
The primary responsibilities include managing workplace pension communication plans, delivering multi-channel communications to support business growth, coordinating with client relationship management teams, and personally delivering face-to-face activities with pension scheme members.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate communications, DC pension product knowledge, strong project management skills, and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships. They should have a broad understanding of communication media and audiences, with excellent presentation and written communication skills.
