Job description
A Company Secretarial Assistant role at Legal & General Investment Management supporting the Asset Management Company Secretarial team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in corporate governance at a FTSE 100 company, with exposure to senior stakeholders and various board and committee processes.
Primary responsibilities involve providing comprehensive company secretarial support, including managing board and committee meeting logistics, drafting documents, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with governance projects across the Asset Management division.
The role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of the Companies Act 2006, and ideally a commitment to completing the Chartered Governance Institute's qualifying scheme. Candidates should have experience in minute writing, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
