Job description
Legal & General is seeking a Client Service Support Manager in Cardiff to manage operational client service delivery. The role involves being the primary point of contact for client queries, coordinating efficient resolution across teams, and ensuring a high-quality client experience in the investment management sector.
This role primarily focuses on owning and managing the delivery of operational client service, acting as the front door into the Global Client Service Operations (GCSO) team. The key responsibilities include coordinating successful resolution of client queries, maintaining service level agreements, and collaborating with various business teams to ensure efficient query management.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a deep understanding of investment markets. Experience in the investment management industry is crucial, with desirable qualifications including knowledge of institutional investment products, report writing skills, and a demonstrable track record of building significant external client relationships.
